Welcome to the community,
If you are on contract, then live chat still exists when a customer service representative is available and not on the phone. You need to log-in to your account either via the website or via the My EE App.
Is there anything we can help you with, so long as it is not account related?

@Chris372 : If you are on contract just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
For what do you need it? Perhaps we can help if your query is not a/c specific.

Sorry, it's labelled "Contact EE" at the top of this page. I was remembering what most other sites do.
