No option for live chat ?

there is no option for live chat… is it no longer an option ?

Welcome to the community,

If you are on contract, then live chat still exists when a customer service representative is available and not on the phone. You need to log-in to your account either via the website or via the My EE App.

Is there anything we can help you with, so long as it is not account related?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Chris372 : If you are on contract just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

For what do you need it? Perhaps we can help if your query is not a/c specific.

I can’t see a ‘contact us’ tab on the community page. When I click contact us via my app it’s only giving me the option to call.

You can find the message us option on our get in touch page here. This will show when an agent is available.
