I get an "Oops something went wrong" error on the following features:
1. Attempting to view itemised bill
2. Attempting to change account permissions
3. Any kind of upgrade
It is just me? Or is this a known issue?

No mate it’s not just you there is quite a few issues with regards to the website and app.

Could you try using a different device or browser please? I've tested mine this morning and can access all of these features.

Hi Chris,
It appears to be specific to the second line on my account. I can upgrade my phone, but the second phone, for which I am the bill payer, but not the user, gives an "Oops" error whenever I try to either upgrade or add an additional user to the account so they can manage it themselves.
