Cannot get into My EE

There have been many posts on this, and I see the problem still exists. I log in to look at my account, pay bill etc, and I am directed to a REGISTER page, where it asks me to add a new device and there is a space to enter the number. I DO NOT WANT TO ADD A NEW DEVICE!!!!!  I want to pay my bill! When I select other options, I'm sent back to the same page. Cannot EE fix this??? This problem has been around a long time. I do not want to pay my bill with my mobile. I want to pay via my desktop.

Anybody at there know the fix? Or will EE some day fix the problem???

@Spudee1917 call customer services and request that they reset your account.   I don’t have this issue so it doesn’t affect all customers and because it’s account related it’s not an easy to fix unless EE know what accounts are effected by it until you report it.   An account reset should fix this issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
