My wife wants to use her EE online account but I cannot log out of mine, keep getting directed to a page that asks for a phone number. Yet again big corporation that has useless customer services, broken Britain why does nothing work?

Are both numbers on the same EE account?
Has your wife registered for a My EE account before?

My EE account is open but all phones are registered on wifes account. Went into mine and now I can't get out of it to log onto other account.

Nope, no matter what I do shutting down page and opening again, trying to navigate around etc just end up at same point asking to add a phone number. Given up went and used another device.

Seems like a browser cache issue.
Try using InPrivate or Icognito mode to login to your spouses EE account and see if that lets her in, if not. she's free to use the My EE app on her mobile device
