Impossibility to add my details so I can see my account online

I have been struggling for over an hour to add my details so that I can see my accounts online but each time there is something not correct in red although it is!

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
That is what I thought I was doing but it kept refusing certain items

Could you try doing this on the EE Online desktop site on a couple of different devices/browsers please? Are you able to then add the information?
