would like to know why for the past  couple weeks each I'm trying login into my account it's saying my being improved

@burshasegree  have you tried clearing the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
