I am not sure if it is exactly the same issue - but in my case the App does not provide the option "Manage | Bills & Payments" as indicated in your website: https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/guide-to-bill/view-my-monthly-bill

Have you tried linking your number in the EE app and ee.co.uk?

Hi @Leanne_T thanks for your prompt reply !
My number is correctly shown in the MyEE website (https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg) when seeing My Usage details. Also, it is shown in the "Control Centre" panel of the EE App. I assume that the number is correctly linked - but maybe I am missing an additional step? If so, please let me know which should be the next steps.

Uhm, I think that might be the explanation!
How can I confirm it? I assume that I can only access the "Bill & Payments" options if I have a switched to pay monthly - is this correct?

This option would only show for pay monthly accounts 🙂
