I’ve logged on to MyEE from my iPad and iPhone but my plan will not display???

Is there a problem with logging on to the app and the website? I am trying to see how many megabytes I have left on my PAYG wifi mini. It will boy show my plan at all.😒

This is driving me crazy!!! All I want is to see how my plan is going and if I need to top up!!!!

I am not aware of any problems and have tested the app myself and can gain access OK.
What happens when you try logging in?

I can tell you that when I try to use the app it asks me to verify my phone and when I do, it tells me my phone is already verified, and then it won't let me see anything.
But this thread is mainly about not being able to see our plans and subscriptions on your website, a problem people have been having for two years, which is frankly ridiculous.

I have multiple phones on my EE account and although I used to be able to see my plan details, I also now can’t see my plan.
when I go into the EE app and click on plans and subscriptions it’s says
this service isn’t working right now! We’re working hard to get it up and running, try again later. Visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.
The strange thing is, if I ask anyone else who uses EE and has the app to go into their account, then it works perfectly for them and they can see their plan details including when their contract is coming to an end !!!
Like the others on here I have raised this with EE but it never gets sorted and now I see that this thread is years old and it’s not just my account that it’s happening with.
Is this because EE don’t want certain people seeing their account details as this should’ve been sorted ages ago. I’m seriously considering leaving them over this and it’s beyond a joke now !!!

Its clear from previous posts that I'm not the only one though and its also very clear that this has been happening to me and others for a long time now.

I'd recommend giving us a call and reporting this to our technical care team @leechat73.
The team should be to raise a ticket for this to be investigated further.
