I’ve logged on to MyEE from my iPad and iPhone but my plan will not display???

I do, yes, and I've been with EE since May 2022, I'm just trying to check
when my contract is up so I can decide if I want to switch or upgrade or
get a cheaper tariff

I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile guides on 150, they will get the account looked into and get this sorted 🙂

I have contact EE regarding this issue . However the advisor just said they are aware of the issue but are unable to give a time frame on when this would be resolved again. this has also been down for months

Hi Katie

No they just said they are aware of the issue but are unable to give anytime time frame on a fix.
