I’ve logged on to MyEE from my iPad and iPhone but my plan will not display???

Hi @Franklin2018,
We have an open support ticket for this intermittent issue that is affecting a small number of customers. The cause is being investigated and will be fixed soon.

Can you view the plan details in your My EE account online?

Are you using the app or logging in through a web browser?
Which details are not showing?

Do you get the same message if you log into your EE account through a web browser?
