I’ve logged on to MyEE from my iPad and iPhone but my plan will not display???

We have an open support ticket for this intermittent issue that is affecting a small number of customers. The cause is being investigated and will be fixed soon.

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does this show your plan details?

Are you using the app or logging in through a web browser? 

Which details are not showing?

I cannot see my plans and subscriptions on the website and I can't see
ANYTHING on the app because it keeps asking me to link my phone account to
the app and when I do it says its already linked
