Hi @Tuckersoph

On EE Broadband, switching off or pausing devices is done through WiFi Controls / Parental Controls in the EE app.

What you can do in the EE app:

  • Pause WiFi for specific devices or groups of devices
  • Schedule WiFi access (for example bedtime cut‑offs)
  • Apply controls to individual devices or groups such as “Kids’ devices”

This is managed under Parental Controls in the Broadband section of the EE app and works with supported EE hubs like Smart Hub 6 Plus and Smart Hub 7 Pro.

There is no separate “switch off device” button, but pausing WiFi achieves the same result by cutting internet access to that device.

You can find out more at Set up Parental Controls on your EE Broadband
and at Using Parental Controls on EE Broadband
