I can’t see any text or call usage

When I log into my account, I can’t see any of my usage. Up to a few days ago I could see recent texts and calls made, is anyone else experienced this?

Since the update I’m having the same issue.
I can’t see how much talk time I have left.

If you log into your My EE app and select Mobile Plan, View your allowances then Extra Charges, does this show for you?

- Keeping the PAYG sim active while not making calls or sending texts in Pay as you go
- Phone will be disconnected due to inactivity in Pay as you go
- Been charged for a bizarre PAYG Data Addon I never asked for in Pay as you go
- Itemised Billing in Contracts & Billing
- Historical Calls and Text in EE app and website
