I can’t see any text or call usage

When I log into my account, I can’t see any of my usage. Up to a few days ago I could see recent texts and calls made, is anyone else experienced this?

What happens when you try to view your usage?

 

Do you get an error message?

Since the update I’m having the same issue. 
I can’t see how much talk time I have left.

If you log into your My EE app and select Mobile Plan, View your allowances then Extra Charges, does this show for you?

Yes since the recent update this can’t be seen anymore 

when will this be fixed ?
