I can't log in to upgrade my plan

I can’t log in on the webpage to upgrade my deal. I want to get a5g plan and I am already a customer of ee but every time I stuck at the log in page when I try to finish payment. It is the page of filling the form of myself including choose whether to keep this number

Are you able to try using another browser, or the My EE App?

Do you get an error message?
