I can't access my email address any more

Hi all, how can I know what email address is associated to my EE mobile number? I got 2 numbers, one is fine and I received emails  and the other one I think it's connected to an email which  I cannot enter any more.

EDIT: I found out that my phone is connected to an email that I can't access anymore. What can I do?

Thanks!

@Carla1958 , ring customer service and get them to change the email address for the one that you cannot access anymore.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Carla1958 : If your 2 nos. are under the same EE a/c they will only have 1 email addy associated with them. So I presume you have 2 separate EE a/c's.

In the a/c you think is failing you may login to it with its existing email addy (now no longer accessible), go to its Profile & Edit its login email addy & if you like its contact email addy to 1 that is valid.  Now logout of it & login with the new email addy.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@XRaySpeX :thank you, yes I had 2 different accounts but I can't remember the  password , and not having access to the email my only hope is to call customer service!
