How do I contact EE without having to call? The live chat feature seems to have been removed and I can't get through via the relay service. Why does such a large and key service provider have such limited contact portals?

everything works now weirdly😅 I have tried quite a few times over a couple of weeks and its always unavailable.

I've tried this for a week now and nowheredo it appear. I've had to hit the complaint tab but that doesn't help as they keep phoning and I have no hearing at the minute s9 can't answer. Hence been trying to contact online!!!

I am sorry to hear you have still not been able to get in touch with our customer care team.
There is also an option to use the Relay Service by dialling 18001 before 07953 966 150.
