Hi, how do I activate my 'My EE' account. I used to be on EE, and have just joined again. Now it says its deactivated and I don't know how to fix it.

It's possible that your email address is still linked to a closed EE account.
I'd recommend giving us a call and our customer care team will be happy to help further.
