How do I find my plan details

I am trying to view my plan but are not able to get into it

What happens when you try to get in?

Welcome to the community. 

Are you looking at My EE app or My EE online?

You should see on your home page of the app Bills & payments, Orders and Plans. 

If you select plans you will find details of your plan.

Are you able to see your plan when you log in to your EE account online?

Texting AL to 150 will advise you what you have remaining out of your plan this billing month.
