How can I check my bills both phone and broadband? Always says can't access

Have you set up an EE account for the mobile and broadband? 

Are you trying to view the bills in the app or through a web browser?

You can see your contract information in the Plan & Subscriptions section of your EE Online account.

Are you unable to view the bills within your EE account online and the EE app? 

You can call us on 150, or if this is for a mobile account text BILL to 150.
