Trying to upgrade on website is impossible

I’m finding the website really hard to use to upgrade . I go through the upgrade link but i want to keep my old number and going through the checkout no where does it say about keeping number or trading in old phone , I have to put all my info in again . So I don’t trust it . Just seems like I’m getting another phone . I can’t get to my info on when my contracts ends . I had to text 150 to see if I was due and upgrade as can’t find the info on website . Will have to go to a store as I don’t trust the website .

Welcome to the community.

If you follow this upgrade link, once you're logged in, it should show you your usage at the top of the screen and confirm it's an upgrade. You can choose the device and hit 'view more plans' to see more options.

It should also say 'you're upgrading [your number]' in the basket.
