Home page not loading

On my laptop I can login to EE but the home page won't load. I get a message - we're working on it .... please  wait a minute and refresh.
(2005)

It's been like this for over a week. After logging in I can see my profile details but not view my plan but homepage does not load.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to view your bills in your My EE account. 

If you give us a call on 150, the team can check your complaint and the support ticket for an update on this for you.

Our technical team will be working to get this sorted as quickly as possible for you. You can text BALANCE or BILL to 150 to see the latest bill amount.

I have the same issue. I can’t see my accounts and my bill more than doubled the usual last month. Don’t know why…as can’t see my accounts!

Do you get an error message when viewing the bills? 

Are you using the EE app or EE account online?

I’m using the App. Everything else works but Homes doesn’t load.

If you use the mobile browser and tap here to log into your EE account, select home, then bills and subscriptions, can you view the bills?

The home button doesn't work.
