I know it can be a shock when your bill is higher than expected.
If you line has been suspended, I would recommend speaking to our customer service guides, who can look at the bill and discuss any options that they may have for you.

I have a problem I phoned abroad with direct calls ,I didn't know that it was not allowed and it was expensive and was charged a lot of money and my line was cancelled and not working right now .What can I do assist me please
