When you call EE and they ask you for certain characters of your password how do you change this?
Also I have changed my email address how do I make this to the main account as it’s saying I don’t have authority to change my settings due to it being my old email?

You ask CS to change your pwd.
You need to get the a/c holder to change the email addy.
