Help to sort out data

Hi there, 

I have unlimited data, minutes, texts. 

But how come when I go out of my home, 

I can't use my data,  but before I can?

@Tammy1984  Have you turned cellular data off on your device?      Have you turned off cellular data usage via your EE account?
