Hard to navigate site

All i wanted to do was check my bill! Complicated site to navigate, just full of peoples post and forum site etc. how can that be the first thing I see when I want to just sign into my account. Think I’ll look at another mobile provider!

Couldn't agree more! Just want to look at my bill and details. Actually really bad that they seem to be hidden. Puts me off renewing. You can't speak to anyone that makes any sense either! Why is everything so complicated now???
