Gifting data

Is anyone having issues gifting data on the app? Also struggling to do it online, page won’t load.

When trying to gift data it says I do not have enough to gift. I have 250gb.

Weirdly when I open the gifting page my number was always at the top being the account holder. Now it's 2nd, so maybe it thinks I'm trying to gift from that one. Even though I amend using the drop down menu.

Have you tried logging in to your My EE online as well as the app?

I, yes I've tried on the app and via the browser.

It seems to think one of the other numbers is the account holder. Hence it say it doesn't have enough data to gift.

Can you try logging into the My EE account online and going to account settings, manage numbers and change the account holder. 

Does this help you gift the data?

Went into an ee shop today. They explained that bt have put me.kn the wrong contract.

So I now have to get in touch with bt to change it.
