Is anyone having issues gifting data on the app? Also struggling to do it online, page won’t load.

Yeah yre not the only one. Loads of people experiencing these kinds problems and i myself have had this problem for ages. Apparently EE are meant to be looking into this problem. But up untill now everything that I was asked to do by EE as failed to fix the issue.

Hi Leanne,
There is no drop down for “select who needs data”. I have my mobile and sons iPad on my account and often gift the iPad data.
App is still the same today, I managed to gift on the website last night after going a long way round instead of straight to data usage and gift

I’ve only just downloaded the app as gifting data wasn’t working online so thought I’d try that but doesn’t work, seems I’m not the only one. Looks like a bug on the app

That’s how I did it in the app anyway, I didn’t know there was any other way to do it? There isn’t a drop down to select the number I want to gift data to
