Gifting data

Can't gift data on the app never had a problem before can you sort the app put please

Yep I'm having the same problem won't let me gift data to my daughter who is away in Scotland, this is important sort the App out EE it's not good enough 😕 and yes I've always been able to gift data before

@3Para  Can you gift data via your online account?   Just asking to  sort the app out will not get anything resolved as its account related not app related.

Like @Chris_B mentioned, it's worth checking the browser version of your account to see if you're able to get logged in via there?

It's worth checking to make sure your app is fully up to date too.
