How do I gift data when the app is not working?

In short, when landing on the home page of the portal, the page is largely blank, with no menu options. See below
For mobile, it doesn't even show you the above page rendered for a mobile, it fails at the sign on stage, so assume its related.
I ended up going in via the billing / usage area. DATA AND USAGE (ee.co.uk), indirectly, to get to the page as this isn't possible on the landing page, navigation or as i mentioned via mobile at all.

Hello @Thetraveller.
Once you are logged in and on your home page do you see the box which shows Data Remaining? if yes, clicking on this and scrolling down you will then have the option to gift data.
