I’ve taken contract sim only plan in Nov 2022 and due to poor speed of internet I cancelled this under 14 days of cooling period.
Now EE has improved the network in this location so I purchased new sim only plan with same details and email address, my EE app and web says your account is closed even though my sim is on the way and account number is generated.
How can I use my EE with same email address but for new contact?
Please advise.

You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired.
