Once the mobile broadband gets going it's great, but sorting out the top-up and setting up an add-on is a pain in the **bleep**. It never works properly online. It should also allow you to get the top-ups and the add-ons sorted out without the need to connect to the actual device I'm trying to sort out, which doesn't have internet yet! It would be useful to be able to run on a different internet connection (my home broadband with a different company) so I can sort all the crap out on my EE mobile broadband (which would be identifiable by its own number, regardless of ISP) then it'll be ready to use when I'm away.
