EE don't provide you with any particular email section. You just browse to the login page of your email provider. For BT that would be https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsvas/index1.html#!/email/

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Good afternoon @Ditzy2

Welcome to the EE Community.

Is your home broadband with BT and your phone services with EE?

Speak soon,

You should be able to just start using them.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi Katie, Ditzy2 here, thank you for responding, Yes to you question above .. It appears that the only thing I cannot access is the email section . Have searched for it for ages!   I definitely cannot get it on bt. I just can’t find the link to the emails. I don’t want to change my email address. Hope that you can possibly help thank you.

Hello there, ditzy2 here. Thank you for your feedback, it’s taken me a wee while to get this sorted. BT had completely closed off my email with them and kept referring me to EE. I have been bouncing back and forth between them. I ended speaking to an actual person!, It is now all sorted . They have been just slow in joining the dots up so to speak..     Thank you for all your help it was appreciated.   Ditzy2.
