I'm very sorry that the app was under maintenance when you were trying to pay your bill. Have you been able to complete your payment?

Cannot pay and EE want me to pay by 28th. Want happens after that day with non payment? Sanctions?

@Stu62  You need to call customer service to get your account reset.   Sometimes after account maintenance there can be issues for some customers login to the account and a reset is required.   Unfortunately EE doesn’t know who this effects until reported.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, the app is absolute rubbish I’m going to move to GiffGaff
