What happens when you try to log in to the My EE app?
If you search for My EE in your app store, are there any updates available?

@Ehsanzolfaghari Can you login to your online account? If you can not do that you need to call customer services and request an account reset. If you can login to your online account then try clearing your phone cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
