I was able to successfully move my sim to my new iPhone 15 as eSIM. I had to return iPhone 15. Replaced with a new iPhone 15 but now I can’t transfer the sim because it says my old iPhone has no sim. 
can you email me the qr code so that I can activate the iPhone 15 which only accepts eSIM. I have no internet. No phone service. I’m travelling in us and I am desperate to get this fixed.

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like you'll need to order a replacement eSIM.

You can do this by:

  • popping into an EE store with ID
  • calling 150 from your EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from an alternative line
  • logging in to EE Online

You also can't activate an EE SIM when roaming. You'll need to be back in the UK to connect to the EE network.

I’m in USA so I can’t pop into estore. I was able to text ee and they activated my new eSIM card. Wait 24 hours for it to work.
