I'm getting the following error whenever I try and view Bills & Payments in the mobile app (android):
Sorry, something's gone wrong.
I've tried reinstalling the app which didn't make any difference.
This only affects the app, I can view my bills and payments fine via the website.
Any ideas?

— Have you updated to the newest version of the app ?
— Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies?
:::: Latest app installed, new customer, and the MyEE website works just fine.
— Have you tried restarting the device? Have you fully closed the app from the app switcher ?
:::: (I have tried) deleting and re-installing the App, logging out and into the app. (This would have removed it from the app switcher — I have restarted the device many times)
Have contacted EE and they have informed me that it is a known bug and should be addressed in a future release.

I am getting error on app and on EE website. This has been all week. It is rather annoying.

We’re aware of a small number of user who are having problems accessing their bills online. Our support teams are investigating this and working to fix it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please try using the EE App and the EE Online desktop site. If you still can’t access your bills, and you need information urgently, please give us a call on 150.
