Trying to move my wife from BT to EE and we get to the About You screen and it's comes up with an error message 'Please enter your email address, Not a valid email address' but there isn't anywhere to enter an email address on the screen and it says I'm a robot! It's very frustrating. I've entered her details and PAC code but I can't get any further.
Any ideas?

Are you logged into the BT account when getting this error message?

Welcome to the Community!
We don't want you to have any trouble joining EE, so I'm sorry to hear that this is happening.
Can you try clearing your cookies and cache, to check if this was just an error in how the page loaded?

I did that. I've tried on Phone, Tablet and Laptop. I've just tried again this morning and it says the same thing. You should be making it easy to join, not harder. Any more thoughts?
