I recently purchased a 55’ Samsung tv with tnt sports bundle. It’s been delivered and tv works ok. However, I cannot see where to access tnt sports. I’ve called 3 times to EE and also done it through the chat. Nobody could help me and just told me to contact someone else.
most recently I was told to contact EE store by email. I did so and have once again been told it’s nothing to do with them. They now aren’t replying. I honestly can’t beleive how bad this service has been.
They were quick to agree the purchase with me now nobody wants to help
any help would be greatly appreciated
