Cant log on to my app

I'm new to ee and I'm trying to set up my app but I can't even log on, it say there is an error and to try again ?????

What error are you seeing when you try to login to the EE app?

Are you able to login through the EE website?

It says "sorry there seems to be a problem"

Cant do it on website either says same thing

If you get the error using the app and website, please call us on 150 and our tech guides can get this fully looked into for you and help you get access to the account.
