I log in to my account but when I try to go to the shop it says I can not log in but I can still upgrade or buy a new device, however it won't let me do anything. This has been like this for over 3 weeks.

I'm trying to purchase a meta quest headset. Yes I can log in and see my plan and bills but when I go to the shop it won't let me go any further.
