Hi I am having a problem i haven’t been able to get on the app or the website but mainly the app for a few months now any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

@Nick1777 Have you called customer support to request your account to be reset ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
