hi
I have tired many times to get onto my EE app I’m logged in but it’s asking me to unlock my phone when it’s already unlocked I want to see how much data and how much my bills are but I am unable to do this
any help please

Are you using the link I posted earlier?
After entering your passcode, you should be prompted to enter your PAC.

When did you give your PAC code to EE to start your number transfer?
Has the transfer completed?

I never knew I had to give a pac code to ee as it’s never asked me for that when I set my new phone up

Hi @Liv261,
To transfer your mobile number from another network, you'll need to request a PAC code from your old provider.
Once you have your PAC, you can submit it at myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number.
In the meantime you can register for the EE app with your temporary EE mobile number.
