I have tired many times to get onto my EE app I’m logged in but it’s asking me to unlock my phone when it’s already unlocked I want to see how much data and how much my bills are but I am unable to do this
any help please

Are you using the link I posted earlier?
After entering your passcode, you should be prompted to enter your PAC.

Please follow the link I shared @Liv261
When prompted, enter your temporary EE mobile number. You'll then be sent a text message with a passcode to enter on the website.
After entering the passcode, you'll then be prompted to enter your PAC code.
