Why EE need to do maintenance so frequently, if I’m not wrong few days ago they did maintenance now again. Where as I was with SKY 8 years and they never done this type maintenance. It’s frustrating.

@JHONS  when EE  do this they do it roughly from around 11 o’clock at night till 6 o’clock in the morning when it will cause the least disruption of the vast majority of customers.

I certainly agree that the amount of maintenance time and its current commencement time is problematical. I would have thought commencing in the early hours of the morning would be better than a 11pm start Perhaps EE could have a status page of the times for the maintenance rather than the current situation where no indication of resumumtion us given.
