Is anyone else experiencing buffering on the EE store, which goes no where? First I was getting error messages, now I just get three EE balloons rotating, which I am assuming is buffering. I have tried the iOS App and three different web browsers and still the same issue.

@davidf , no, just clicked on shop and it came up ok for me, maybe try now, or just clear your cache etc on your browser, is all I can suggest, also try rebooting your device, kicking out the browsers and starting them again. Hope you get it sorted.

tried that and it just went back to the original error message: Sorry, something went wrong! something went wrong, please try again or come back later.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you've tried the steps that @Schockwave and @Northerner have mentioned and you are still seeing the same on the EE app and the website on different browsers, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides, who can bring up your account and look into this further for you.

Exactly same for me! Site works fine but can't get past checkout page.. trying to apply for finance for something but continuously loading ( 3 bubbles)
