Hi @Billy62again,

Have you tried using EE’s live chat?

You can also call 07953 966 250 from any phone, instead of 150.

Thanks,
Alex

What happens when you try calling 150? Can you call other numbers?

What's the issue you have with your EE service?

@Billy62again , EE had a technical problem on Friday, I rang them yesterday, and within one or two minutes was talking to customer service, so worth trying again.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Agree with you, absolutely disgraceful, I've been trying for days to cancel with no success. Round in circles. Ringing this 966 150 number is a joke.

Hi @ArrellBee,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you call 150 and follow options 2 > 1 > 4 > 4 > 1 you'll be connected with our cancellations team.

Hope this helps.
