Hi 

I can’t get EE chat to work on my account ? 

Any advice ?

@Rachy_51  Are you a contract customer?  Is only available to contract customers.    And live chat is only available when an agent is free to chat they also take calls so are not just sitting there waiting for customers to live chat.

If you are on contract just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours. There is no Live Chat for mobile billing queries.

 

For what do you need it? Perhaps we can help if your query is not a/c specific.
