I have just been moved from BT broadband to EE, I already have an EE mobile account but I cannot link my account in the app, had several conversations with EE CS and the tech team but still not resolved, are there any known issues with the app and linking please

When you've been speaking with our team about this, have they double checked to make sure that everything is identical between the information on the mobile and broadband accounts?
If even the slightest thing is wrong, such as a difference in spelling or title, then the accounts will not link.

As usual client is guilty for the mess. Sick about this. Why you ask client for your mess? It is his fault about this tarantula business? (Start hating EE after last hours with call center)
