Is anyone else having problems signing into EE app/ website when trying to do so it says oops there was a problem, it’s been like this for over a over even deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not working.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems signing in to your account both online and through the app.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They'll be able to check your account to help get this sorted and if needed, escalate this so it can be looked into further.

EE have know about this problem for some users for a few months and still haven't sorted it, look at the other posts. I personally haven't been able to log into the app for approx 3 months and all I get on the website is "This service isn't working right now" which is a major problem to me as I share data
