The app kep going round in circles. It says I have no passkeys & when I opt to log in another way with pass codes to email & phone, it takes me beck to the original log-in page .

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Could you try deleting and re-installing the app to see if you can log in? 

You can find details on setting passkeys in our Passkeys for EE ID page, and if you set up a passkey, you can log in using your fingerprint, PIN or face recognition.

Me! ANOTHER night of not being able to access the app so can’t turn off my bedroom hub light off 😤

My problem is not being able to get the app!

I am using Redmi Note 9 Pro running Android 12 and MIUI Global 14. 

When I go to download the app from Play Store it says the app is not available for my devices so I can't even get the app to see if I have any problems with it.

Anyone have a working older version that will work on my phone please?

I've been having problems logging into the app for at least 3 months. Tried again tonight and still the same. I can log in on the website  but when i go to manage account all I get is "This service isn't available right now " again its been the same for months which is a major pain as I share data. It is an absolute joke
